This a brand new home, fully renovated in 2025. You will have beautiful water views of the Ashley River! The home was completely restored and is beautifully designed by a local designer. The space features stainless steel appliances and an induction cooktop for all your needs as well as a Your Place Wonder Oven. There's a loft in the home where the queen bed resides and a fun library ladder to get up :) Come enjoy this stylish space! This property has been completely gutted and redesigned in 2025. It features an elevated space to maximize the water views 😊. It's an open floor plan concept throughout. You walk-in and immediately are greeted by the living space complete with a 55in Smart TV. From there, you make your way into the efficient kitchen complete with a bar top as well stainless steel appliances. In the back of the home is a full sized Samsung Washer/Dryer available for use. Before going upstairs, the bathroom is also on the main level and features a walk-in shower with beautiful ceramic tile and rainfall shower. To get to the loft, you can enjoy the whimsical library ladder, sliding it back and forth. Up in the loft is a comfy queen sized bed as well as reading sconces. Oh, and don't want to forget the wonderful water views too ❤️ Come enjoy this gem of a quiet, water view home! The entire space is yours to use! I am available nearby for anything you need! This home is located in quiet subdivision in Charleston. It's quiet, peaceful and has lovely water views. It's also conveniently located close to major highways and interstates. It's also located near major hospitals and other healthcare options. You will need a car most likely to get around! This house is a separate ADU and sits on the same lot as the primary residence. It's a quiet neighborhood so you will have full privacy should you need it. ✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
